No extra person is allowed except for one infant below 12 months old.
All persons (adults and children) are included in occupancy count.
Security deposit is required upon check-in for refund at final departure after clearance.
Check-out is at 12:00 noon. However, guests going on tours on their last day must check out before 9:00 AM.
The hotel reserves the right to vacate rooms of overstaying guests of their belongings.
All bathroom towels (bath, hand, foot) must remain inside the room as pool towels are provided free of charge while towels for beach can be arranged with the concierge.
Visitors are not allowed into the guest room or to use the swimming pool.
Cooking is strictly prohibited inside any guest room.
The Wi-Fi passcodes are available to registered guests only.
Lost keycards are billed at P200 each while other damages at retail value.
Room cleaning service is not available after 4:00 PM.
Smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms; a cleaning penalty of P1,000 is imposed but should the sprinkler system activate as a result of smoking, the fine is P50,000.
