It was a no brainer that Sea Cocoon Hotel will make the perfect base during my week in El Nido. I’ve read nothing but great reviews online. I really just wanted a comfortable bed in an AC room to be honest, but I found much more than that at Sea Cocoon.

Located on the northern tip of the island of Palawan, El Nido has grown into one of the Philippines’ finest vacation destinations. The gateway to the Bacuit Archipelago, El Nido is the ideal base for all your island excursions. However, in one of the Philippines most popular and also most beautiful destinations, finding the perfect accommodation can be a difficult task. Luckily, Sea Cocoon Hotel offers a solution to this problem!

We had 3 good nights with them. They have an internet connection in the hotel which is quite challenging when traveling in El Nido so we were really satisfied with our stay.

If you are looking for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation, there is no doubt that the Philippines offers a great deal in that regard.

We were fortunate to have found Sea Cocoon Hotel which is in the centre of El NIdo town, and provided the perfect place to call home for our time exploring the region.

Sea Cocoon is the top choice for hotel stays in the township, taking out significant TripAdvisor accolades and being consistently highly ranked across review sites, and it’s not hard to see why.

The Sea Cocoon Hotel is centrally located in El Nido and right in the heart of the city and practically a stones throw away from the main beach front. A modern hotel which stands amongst the surrounding area, it truely is a gem and the perfect place to stay. They were also TripAdvisors Travellers Choice Awardee for 2017 & 2018, two years in a row which shows how awesome this hotel truely is. 

If you find yourself in El Nido, Palawan then I would highly recommend booking a few nights stay at Sea Cocoon Hotel.

After booking our flight to Palawan in March, we had to look for the right accommodation in El Nido that caters to our specific needs.  Due to the small size of this part of the island, it is somewhat difficult to find top rated hotel brands.  In our quest to find the right accommodation, we came across a lot of hostels and Airbnb’s but only a few top hotels to choose from.  We actually wanted to stay right next to the city center, so we continued our search. 

Luckily, we found the Sea Cocoon Hotel. If you are looking for a place that is centrally located, allowing you to explore all that El Nido has to offer with ease, than you should definitely book a stay at the Sea Cocoon Hotel.  The hotel is one of the top rated accommodation options in this area.  It is also surrounded by functional stores, a pharmacy, and it is just a 5-minute walk from the harbor.  The hotel’s motto is ‘your comfort is our pride’. The hotel manager, Eric, is friendly, super relaxed and helpful.  In addition, Eric will certainly go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home. 

Els últims dos dies els vam passar a El Nido “población” on hi ha una mica més de vida al carrer, amb tot de botigues i restaurants a l’avinguda principal. Estàvem allotjats al ben mig del poble, en el Sea Cocoon Hotel, un hotelet força ben equipat amb piscina i unes habitacions amplies i molt còmodes. Serveixen un esmorzar bufet força complet amb opcions asiàtiques i occidentals, ous al gust fets al moment, dolços, cereals, fruita natural, cafè i te, sucs… senzill i suficient! El seu wifi funciona molt bé en comparació a la resta de llocs. La situació és immillorable ja que està al centre del poble, a poca distància de tot però en un carrer tranquil sense massa xivarri i, des de recepció s’encarreguen de reservar diferents tours i transfers per anar a alguna platja o a l’aeroport. És força modern i està ben decorat, molt net i el propietari és totalment encantador, molt pendent que l’hotel funcioni i això es nota. 

If you prefer comfort, and great service for a travel abode, this definitely is up your alley. It’s one of the reasons why I enjoyed my recent El Nido so much – Sea Cocoon was a great choice to stay at, and with warm, and accommodating staff made it easy to call it a home. 

O Sea Cocoon Hotel is located in the center of El Nido, close to all facilities, restaurants and just 5 minutes from the beach.

It has a very friendly and welcoming staff. It offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a balcony. In addition, it has a swimming pool, fast internet and breakfast included. Rates are moderately priced. Great value for money in El Nido.

We had a very positive experience staying at Sea Cocoon in El Nido. The rooms really are very cozy, with air conditioning and hot water and in addition a breakfast is served daily in which you can choose from several options. Differentials that many accommodations in El Nido do not have.

We were lucky to find a little corner of paradise in the heart of El Nido, certainly our most beautiful hotel in the Philippines. We can only recommend the Sea Cocoon Hotel , located in the heart of El Nido!

First of all, the location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and excursion departures. Then, the team really takes care, the room is particularly pleasant, and the breakfast, included, is perfect. Note the swimming pool, practical for relaxing after a good day at sea. But what makes the undeniable asset of this hotel is its incredible view of the city, but also of Bacuit Bay. We were amazed by this striking setting, from the balcony of our room, but also the roof terrace. We warmly thank Eric, the manager, who gave us great advice, and who gave us the opportunity to discover his establishment. We invite you to book your room , undoubtedly your best decision in El Nido!
