No extra person is allowed except for a solitary infant below 1 year old.
All persons (adults and children) are included in occupancy count.
Security deposit is required upon check-in and is refunded at final departure after clearance.
Check-out is at 12:00 noon. However, guests going on tours on their last day must check out by 9:00 AM before their tour.
Hotel has the right to vacate rooms of overstaying guests.
All bathroom towels (bath, hand, foot) remain in the room while beach towels are available for rent.
Visitors are not allowed into the guest rooms or use of swimming pool.
Cooking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Wi-Fi passwords are available to hotel guests only.
Lost keycards are billed at P500. Other damages billed at retail value.
No smoking inside guest rooms; cleaning fee of P1,000 will be charged.
Room cleaning service is not available after 4:00 PM.
